"Thank you so much for arranging for us to be so well looked after on our visit to the Ice Hotel at the weekend. We had a fantastic time all the staff were fantastic and really made our stay special. It really helped having people to meet us and look after us especially as the cable car had only just opened. We loved the ice hotel - I've been to the one in Lapland before but the setting at Balea Lac was really beautiful - it was such a stunning location it was much better in my eyes and we had a brilliant time."

Whilst Mum has always wanted to stay in an Ice Hotel, to have the visits to Bran Castle, Brasov, Sibiu & Rasnov as well was an added bonus. The highlight was certainly the time spent at the top of the mountain. The ice hotel, church and the sculptures were truly incredible to see.
